We believe our watches are absolutely exceptional in design and quality.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days. Watches purchased from Kickstarter or Indiegogo are not eligible for refund.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  Outgoing shipments & Insurance (from us to customers) are not refundable. Before returning items to us, please e-mail info@bovarro.ch to notify us and get your RA (Return Authorization) Number. All returns must be in new condition. We cannot issue refunds if watches show signs of use. We cannot accept modified watches for credit. If links or straps are added or removed from the watch we cannot accept the watch for return. If there are any items missing (extra straps, strap pin removing tools, or any other accessories included with the purchase), the costs will deduct from the total price. The return policy is only effective for watches purchased from www.bovarro.ch 

Once an item has been received at our office, it is at our discretion whether to refund or exchange the item, based on a thorough inspection. Only items determined to be unused, unworn, unmodified and unaltered will be eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Funds will generally be refunded using the same form of payment in which the watch was originally purchased. We will provide a refund via Paypal should this not be possible. Please note that we are not responsible for any fluctuation in the international currency exchange rate. International customers will receive refunds equivalent to the USD (US dollar) price at the time of purchase.
